The business is fairly new, we opened in March 2021 (Mid Pandemic) which allowed us to dedicate our time to choosing the right people to help grow our business in the right way. We provide our clients with high quality professionals, through the use of a transparent business model, outstanding personal service, and prices you can trust are ethical. Due to this specialised market, and our ethical approach, we have seen such high demand that we have grown from a team of 2 to 23 and opened a second office in Liverpool Street in 3 years! The needs are still ever growing and, as such, we need more experienced recruiters to join our friendly and dedicated team!
A successful Recruitment Consultant can expect:
- Initial base salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience. We have clear progression pathways and incremental increases based on results and time in the business.
- Local – no more commuter trains to the city, no more ticket increases, no more train strikes!
- Access to the Consultant Commission Scheme – We have no threshold or desk cost, you earn from the first £1. Our commission structure is straight forward and you do not need a codebreaker to understand it!
- 25 days Holiday Entitlement (Increased by 1 day per years completion of service – Capped at 30)
- Excellent, specialist ongoing training to build credibility and confidence in this niche sector
- No unrealistic KPIs or pointless call targets, service delivery and integrity at the forefront of every expectation
- No early morning chaos of daily supply, we are Long-term and permanent only. Genuine access to permanent roles due to our appropriately affordable permanent fees
