We here at Parker Smith  Inclusion are working with a fantastic school in North West London Borough of Redbridge to fill the position of SEND Teacher, leading a class of students with Complex needs.The students at the school all have EHCPs and range from ages 4 to 18. The school encourages learning through arts and crafts and student’s interests in things like music and drama. This is to teach life skills to the students to help with their educational and personal development. Within this role, you will be supported by LSAs and have access to various facilities and resources to help you provide students with the best lessons possible. The school provides amazing training and is full of supportive and friendly staff, with them welcoming both those with experience within SEND teaching and those looking to move from the mainstream.

The ideal candidate for this exciting SEND Teacher role should….

  • Have QTS/QTLS
  • Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN
  • Ready for the challenge and excitement that a new provision brings!
  • Have the ambition to take on additional responsibilities and leadership
  • Be a brilliant teacher must have experience with complex needs
