Are you a Qualified Teacher with SEND or mainstream experience seeking a rewarding role supporting small classes of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs?
Key Aspects of the role:
- Two Teachers in one classroom, meaning half the marking and control over what subjects you teach and your partner professional teaches each week (with the other supporting the lesson when the other leads)
- Small classes with a maximum class size of 6
- A new fast laptop is provided upon successful appointment for marking and lesson planning
- Full support to those looking to move from a Mainstream environment to a SEND School
- Training provided to all staff by various external professionals
- You would be supporting SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) needs, such as students dealing with trauma at an all-through school
