Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM
Salary: £90 - £95 PAYE per day

About the Role:
We are partnered with a large, dynamic school that has incredible outdoor learning areas. The school is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with students aged 11-16 who require extra support to thrive both academically and socially.
As an LSA, you will play a key role in assisting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll work closely with teachers and other staff members, providing tailored support to help students manage their behaviour, develop social skills, and achieve academic success. The role is challenging but incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD: You have a solid understanding of the challenges these students face and are committed to supporting their development.
- Resilience & Creativity: You’re resourceful, patient, and able to think on your feet to engage students.
- Team Player: You collaborate effectively with teachers and other LSAs to provide comprehensive support.
