We, Parker Smith Inclusion, are an ethical, people-focused SEN recruitment consultancy. We care about our jobs and put our people and schools, most notably our children, before profit. We have excellent working relationships with many schools and local authorities and are growing!

I am keen to speak with anyone who has experience working with children and young people with a diagnosis of autism and other additional needs.

Personality is everything; if you can hold the attention of a small group of pupils, build strong relationships with staff and pupils alike, be an outstanding role model, have the ability to remain calm in challenging scenarios, approach every situation with understanding and empathy, all whilst keeping a smile intact, then this is the perfect role for you!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, nurturing and skilled Special Needs Support Workers to join an excellent SEND school in Hertfordshire. We are working in partnership with this beautiful SEND school, they have beautiful facilities and a fantastic supportive team to work alongside, they require hard-working and determined people to join their team! Working with children with SEND is challenging, but the rewards are immeasurable.

Ideally, the right fit for this role will of had experience working with SEND previously; Autism experience is preferred alongside knowledge of PMLD and other complex needs. A large majority of SEND schools are "all - through" meaning they can range from early years right up to sixth form. Flexibility and a can-do attitude is essential!

We are open to hearing from anyone with a youth work background and anyone who has graduated with a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or anything education based!

Please get in touch if you want to hear more about our SEN opportunities! You can apply by responding to this advert! Unfortunately, you have been unsuccessful in this role if you are not contacted within 5 working days. However, we will keep your CV, and you are welcome to contact us to discuss your SEND career development.
