Special School Teaching Assistant

  • Location - Surbiton
  • Salary- £85 Per day PAYE
  • Start Date- ASAP

Do you have a passion and talent for supporting children and young people with SEND?

Are you keen to make a difference in the lives of children and young people whilst building your experience and furthering your career?

 

I am working with a school that specialises in supporting children who have complex needs, which include PMLD, ASC and more. They are looking for an SEN Learning support mentor to join their team to support and build relationships with the pupils that they have. You could be joining a team that aims to promote their wellbeing and learning, which will prepare them for their future.

 

What to Expect - Special School Teaching Assistant

  • Working to ensure the student receives an inclusive education with therapeutic support based on their individual social, educational and intellectual needs

The Ideal Candidate – Special School Teaching Assistant

  • Experience in working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs
  • Have a genuine desire to build a career around Special Educational Needs
  • Experience working with a child with complex needs
  • Personal care experience
