We here at Parker Smith are working with a fantastic School's Trust who are looking for an experienced Lead Speech and Language Therapist. The Trust is led by an experienced team of people who are extremely passionate about enabling education to transform the lives of children and young people with Autism. You will be working across two sites based within central London. You will be the lead to the Speech and Language Therapist Team.
Responsibilities for the role:
- Supporting the Head of Integrated Services in reviewing and developing the team's approach
- Deliver an excellent and responsive speech and language therapy service
- Consult school staff such as Senior Leaders, SENCOs, and class teachers to support the integration of SaLT principles into the curriculum
Requirements for the role:
- Confident in leading a team
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist
- HCPC registration
- Experience in working with Children with Complex Needs
