Parker Smith Inclusion are currently partnered with many London based special schools looking to expand their Therapy offer. The schools’ Speech and Language Teams we are working with are across London and have opportunities covering part-time, full-time, locum, or permanent. The opportunities are flexible enough to work with you and working in schools offers great work life balance.

The roles will vary depending on the type of setting and we work with Multidisciplinary/ Speech and Language Therapy teams in a variety of settings: Mainstream schools with ARP (Additionally Resourced Provisions) SEND schools for ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SLCN, SEMH and trauma informed schools.

During school closures some of our schools lost locum staff in their Speech and Language Therapy teams, so a number of our schools are looking to offer permanent contracts to SaLTs looking for security in school based work.
