At Parker Smith Inclusion we are working with an SEN school in Ealing who are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work alongside teachers and other therapists to assist in learning and development.

About the school:

This school is a specialist SEN school based in Ealing and supports vulnerable children with needs and disabilities closely related to autism, Social Emotional Mental Health(SEMH) and other associated disorders. Many of the children will have experienced trauma that has resulted in changes in their behaviour causing more behavioural difficulties.

What is required of a Speech and Language Therapist?

  • Offer speech and language therapy services to high-risk young people with neurodiverse personalities, including SEMH
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • HCPC registered
  • The ability to adapt and plan creatively
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to reflect and react to new skills
