Salary: £18,000-£22,000 - Per Annum – Depending on Experience

The School
I’m working alongside a SEMH Secondary School in South Croydon who are dedicated to meeting the academic and behavioural needs of their students. They have a mission is to create, adapt, and implement functional curricula necessary to meet the diverse individual needs of our student population and increase current and future independence
The ideal candidate
- Must be experienced in working in Special education
- As a Teaching Assistant you should be able to build relationship with both students and families
- As a Teaching Assistant you should have a nurturing and calming personality
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should have a passion and drive to ensure the pupils are able to build on a platform for life-long learning and educational success.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour.
