Teaching Assistant - CACHE Level 3

Salary - £400 Per Week PAYE

Location –Tower Hamlets

September Start

Personal Care might be required

Do you have experience supporting young learners with complex and behavioural needs?

Do you have experience in working within a primary school or nursery?

Do you have a level 3 in childcare?

Do you have a passion to help students with Special educational needs?

Would you like to support a small group of students and help them reach their full potential?

I am seeking a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and ambitious team in East London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of SEN students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning. Assisting with personal care is a necessity of this role. Within the school they have a provision open for students with various SEND to ensure the needs of each induvial child is met, the team pride themselves in their compassionate child-centred approach that promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and progression.

The ideal Teaching Assistant

  • Has experience working with children with SEN - even if you do not have experience, I want to hear from you!
  • The ideal Teaching Assistant must be resilient and adapt to difficult situations
  • Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
  • Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all times
