About the School
We are working with a specialist SEMH school in North London, set within a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support both staff and students. The school caters to young people from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, using a trauma-informed approach to ensure every student receives the support they need.
They are currently seeking an experienced Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant to work at their secondary site. This student presents some of the most challenging behaviour in the school, so the successful candidate must have strong experience supporting young people with SEMH or behavioural needs. This can come from either a professional or personal background.
About the Role:
Supporting students with SEMH needs, encouraging engagement in learning
Providing 2:1 support for a Key Stage 3 student with challenging behaviour

We are working with a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) based in central London that are seeking passionate and resilient behaviour mentors to join their experienced team. The school offers education to students in primary through to secondary who may be on a short-term or longer-term placement, as they are not able to attend mainstream education. This will be due to their challenging behaviour, social, emotional and mental health needs and can be other additional needs.
