Teaching Assistant - Teacher Training Opportunity
Location: Hayes, Hillingdon - North West London
Salary: £85 - £105 per day paid PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:15pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a beautiful primary school in Hillingdon. The school offers Teacher Training and Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) training, providing excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development. Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons to support children of all abilities

Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and address specific learning needs

Support students with social and emotional development, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Assist with classroom management, ensuring a low level of behavior issues and maintaining a positive learning environment

Collaborate with the class teacher to create and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs

Provide feedback to the class teacher on students' progress and achievements
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred, but not essential.
