I am looking for an enthusiastic individual seeking a role as a Learning Support Assistant to join a lovely mainstream secondary school based in Croydon. The school require an excellent Learning Support Assistant to help encourage pupils to achieve the best that they can! The school have a fantastic team who will be able to offer you great support! This is a brilliant opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate
The ideal Learning Support Assistant should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be warm, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. As a successful Learning Support Assistant, you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities. You should be kind, empathetic and genuinely driven to improve the lives of others.
