What would this role involve?

We are now recruiting for a Therapy Support Worker who can help meet the individual needs of each student, within the classroom. This School we are working alongside acknowledges each student's rights and ensures they have the right to learn and develop, working with students from the age of 2 -19. The ideal Therapy Support Worker would need to be able to work alongside a multidisciplinary team; the Therapy Support Worker should be committed to helping each individual students improve and ensure they have high-quality education.

The school

We are working with a SEN School specialising in PMLD, ASC and SLD. The school have core values to provide each student with a personalised learning opportunity with enrichment and personalised lessons, making sure they create happy and confident learners preparing them for life after they leave whether that be residential living, college or independent living.
