This school provides a bespoke curriculum and an approach to learning that supports and nurtures students with SEMH. Seeking a committed, consistent teacher who the students can rely on to get them through their GCSE's. You will be teaching in a small class setting with four students (mixed between Year 10 & 11) giving you the ability to build strong relationships and creating positive pathways for their futures. Very strong HLTA's will also be considered. With non restricted parking available and easy transport links available. Key Responsibilities and Structure • Teaching will involve working with very small groups of year 10 and 11 students. • The timetable is split into morning and afternoon sessions. • Morning Structure: Four students will attend. Two students will engage in an hour of Maths while the other two do an hour of English. The groups will then swap over. • Afternoon Structure: A new group of children will attend, performing one hour of English and one hour of Maths. Working Hours and Flexibility We are seeking staff who may work a full day, or we can offer flexibility for those who require it. • Classes would generally start around 10:00 in the morning. • A possible flexible working day could run from 9:30 to 3:30. • The flexible nature of the schedule is ideal for those who need to drop children at school.
