About the Role:
As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll provide 1:1 or small group tuition for learners who are out of school due to mental health, behavioural, or other complex needs. Working flexibly across home and community settings, you'll deliver tailored, engaging sessions that reignite confidence, spark learning, and help re-integrate pupils into suitable education pathways. These students will have social and emotional needs, anxiety, trauma, Autism, and SEMH, so a mentoring and structured approach is key.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and deliver personalised lessons across primary and secondary key stages (primarily English and Maths).
Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and their families.
Work collaboratively with schools, social workers, and educational psychologists.
Track and report on progress, adapting learning to meet changing needs.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
Tutoring/Teaching experience: English, Maths, Humanities etc
Understands the challenges faced by vulnerable or SEND learners.
Is empathetic, resilient, and solution-focused.
Can work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

The Outreach Behaviour Mentor Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 teaching sessions to pupils unable to attend school due to SEND, EBSA or medical needs
Planning and delivering lessons aligned to the national curriculum, adapted to individual learning needs
Supporting emotional regulation and building trust through a consistent, trauma-informed approach
Travelling across Kingston and Richmond to deliver tuition in various settings
Working independently, while liaising with professionals and contributing to student progress reviews
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a school environment (mainstream or specialist)
Strong knowledge of the curriculum, must be confident with planning and delivering lessons

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Classroom Teacher to lead a specialist provision class for autistic children within a mainstream primary school in North West London. This is a dedicated setting, currently supported by four skilled Teaching Assistants. The role requires a teacher with a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism, who can offer structured, personalised learning while working toward the ultimate goal of reintegrating students into their year-group classrooms.
This is a key position within the school’s SEN team and will suit a candidate who is confident in delivering short, targeted lessons and managing a small but diverse class with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a specialist class for autistic children, supported by four experienced Teaching Assistants
Deliver short, focused lessons and targeted interventions in:
