Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential, no matter their challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a fantastic mainstream primary school as a 121 Learning Support Assistant!

 We welcome applicants with personal experience supporting individuals with SEND, and we will provide you with the support and resources you need to further your skills and knowledge.

The school are welcoming a number of new pupils to their Year 1 class in September, and they need an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide 121 support for academic, emotional, and behavioural needs. The school is a warm and friendly community, with a Special Resource Provision in place for pupils with additional needs.

They are particularly seeking candidates with experience supporting children with ASD and MLD. As a 121 Learning Support Assistant, you will assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans, provide emotional support, and help pupils develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities will include supporting pupils during lessons, liaising with teachers and parents, and assisting with activities inside and outside the classroom. You'll be responsible for tracking pupil progress and ensuring each child receives the support they need to succeed.
