PAY: £80 - £90 Per Day PAYE

The School
Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with a lovely primary school in Hackney, looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant. The school have a strong and experienced senior leadership team who will be working closely with the successful candidate ensuring the correct support is given to the students. This primary school are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join there experienced team to work with two SEN students, both non-verbal and have a diagnosis of Autism. this school are very passionate about the development of all teaching staff with a continuous development programme in place.
What you can expect as an ASD Teaching Assistant
- The ASD Teaching Assistant must be a positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing and consistent approach
- As the ASD Teaching Assistant you should have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
- The ASD Teaching Assistant must be able to work alongside a likeminded team who are equally as dedicated to the learning and personal development of young people
The ideal candidate
- The ideal ASD Teaching Assistant will have experience in working in Early Years
- The ASD Teaching Assistant, ideally will have experience working with SEN whether personal or professional experience we want to hear from you
- The perfect ASD Teaching Assistant should have a nurturing and calming personality
- The ASD Teaching Assistant should have a passion and drive to ensure the pupils are able to build on a platform for life-long learning and educational success.
- The ASD Teaching Assistant should be a positive role model for all and promote good behaviour.
