The role

I am looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals looking to work as a Behaviour Support Worker in a SEMH school based in Barking. All children in this school have a SEMH diagnosis and therefore require a supportive Behaviour Support Worker in order to encourage them to achieve their best. Whilst academic achievement is important, it is also important for the young people in this school to be supported in regards to their social, emotional and mental health needs. Therefore, it is imperative that the Behaviour Support Worker can form good, trusting relationships with the students

The ideal Behaviour Support Worker

The ideal candidate will have good previous experience working with children in an SEN role, preferably with SEMH experience. You should be professional, resilient and have a great attitude to work in order to produce the best support for your pupils!
