About the Role

Qualified SEN Teacher

  • North East London
  • Full-Time (term time only) ONLY

We are working with several wonderful SEN schools across the borough to find a teacher to work with Secondary-age students. Within this position, you will be working with smaller class sizes that have a unique approach to classroom management with new, modern, and purpose-built facilities.

Within these schools, the students all have SEN needs and/or a diagnosis of SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) and are dealing with Trauma.

This is a rewarding career as you will build bonds with the students and help them overcome both personal and academic development barriers.

 

Key Aspects of the SEN Teacher role:

  • ECT teachers, experienced unqualified SEN teachers and QTS/QTLS are welcome.
  • Full support to those looking to move from a Mainstream environment to a SEN School.
  • Training is provided to all staff by various external professionals.
  • Salary in line with the Teachers' Pay Scale.
